Google Calendar:
We can create our own calendar in a google calendar tool and can include our daily, monthly or weekly routine on it. We can set an automatic alert in every time assigned work. The calendar has a feature to share certain or full calendar with other people. We can view other’s shared calendar also. Now as a project management, we can manage time to work in group comparing the calendars of all the members at a time. Now its really a great idea for time management in a group. Compare the schedule of the members in the calendar and then assign the work accordingly.
My office on Facebook:
My office application on facebook is mainly to create, manage the project(s) and make a smooth collaboration with project members. We can create project from the “Create Project” option shown at the right top corner of the page. Similarly we can join or leave any particular project.
We can search and browse a number of projects created by others from different locations. Every activity would display in “My office dashboard” page.
We have a number of different tools to collaborate in a particular project once we join on it.
ZOHO Project:
ZOHO Project is also a project management tool with the help of on. We have a main dash board to get information of every task we did in the project. We can list a number of tasks and milestones to do in order to complete the project. In the calendar section, the tasks and milestones, meeting and conference to be attend are listed.
In the same way we can upload a new document or spreadsheet in a particular project.
A very common collaboration tool “Forum” has made ZOHO Project tool an interactive.
In addition ZOHO Project contains a timesheet and a reports tool which shows the contribution of the member in the project.

Save the file directly to your computer for later playback in Yugma’s cross-platform viewer or upload to the Yugma website. We can upload up to 200MB of recorded sessions to the Yugma website. We can use the Recording Manager tool to get the URLs for your recordings, share your recording via email with others, or delete recordings when no longer needed.
